Open Age are unable to run activities at any venues until government advice around social distancing changes. However, Open Age are delighted to be offering a number of activities online, delivered via the video conferring app ‘Zoom’, as well as an increased number of telephone groups.

Come along and join this easy paced aerobics class for a full body workout for strengthening and to aid flexibility and mobility from Open Age. The first class is free to Westminster residents over 50 (normal price £1.00).

Time: Wednesdays, 11am-12 midday

Membership to Open Age is free and all over-50s are welcome to join our wide range of classes and groups that span exercise, social activities, learning, creative activities and health support across Westminster.

  1. Call Gill or Elaine on 020 7266 2776 to book a place.
  2. Attend the class and quote “Westminster City Save offer” when tutor asks for payment.
  1. Valid for one class only.
  2. Classes run every Wednesday morning from 11th September, 11am-12 midday.
