Open Age are unable to run activities at any venues until government advice around social distancing changes. However, Open Age are delighted to be offering a number of activities online, delivered via the video conferring app ‘Zoom’, as well as an increased number of telephone groups.

Come along and join this easy paced aerobics class for a full body workout for strengthening and to aid flexibility and mobility from Open Age. The first class is free to Westminster residents over 50 (normal price £1.00).
