If your Westminster City Save card has been lost or stolen, please call 020 7641 6000 to request a new card.
If you have applied for a card but are yet to receive it, please check your junk mail for a verification email from us following your registration. The email contains a link which will verify your account, and a card will be sent to you when this link is verified.
Cards can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
