Special offers and discounts for Westminster residents

Westminster City Save

Offers available all-year round

Westminster City Save is a membership scheme for Westminster residents. It’s free to join and offers you local discounts and savings to help you make the most of your city.

The scheme replaces ResCard. When you sign up on the Westminster City Save website you will receive a membership card in the post within 15 days.

For some offers such as leisure centres and libraries, you can print off a voucher to use whilst you are waiting for your card to arrive. Just click 'claim offer' and enter your details and a voucher will be emailed to you. After this date you will need to use your Westminster City Save card.

You can apply for a card on this website. Just click 'register' at the top of this page.

If you were a ResCard holder, you can visit your local library or leisure centre, fill in a short application form and exchange your ResCard for a new Westminster City Save card on the spot.

You must be aged 16 or over and a Westminster resident to be eligible.

Value for money Friday

New services and discounts every Friday

Every Friday we're highlighting special offers that will help you to make the most of council services such as libraries, leisure centres, schools and adult education.

You pay your council tax in return for over 100 services. So we launched Value for Money Friday to keep you informed about the offers that are currently available through council services and our business partners.

Value for money Friday (VFM) offers are available to all residents. You do not have to be a member of City Save or have a City Save card to claim VFM Friday offers - you just need to be a resident over the age of 16.

Some offers are available to residents all-year round. Other deals are special offers available just 1 week only.

You can also find Value for Money Facts on the site, which give you more information on the services that are being provided thanks to your council tax payments.
